(BID).
Here is the biography of Marius Brand, one of the founding members of this ministry.
BACKGROUND
Marius joined and served in the South African Police in the early years of his career. He later went on to join the Police Koevoet unit during South Africa's bush war. Marius came to know the Lord during his time at Koevoet. He then left the Police service and entered into full time ministry.
MINISTRY FOCUS
Marius' ministry is called: Koevoet vir Christus. His ministry path took many twists and turns as the years progressed and Marius has served in various roles during his full time ministry in God's Kingdom. Amongst others, Marius authored a book and various other publications and had varied roles and experiences in teaching, evangelism, discipleship training and mentoring students and pastors alike. He is currently focused on the prophetic with a specific interest in prophetic declaration and intercessory prayer.
OTHER ACTIVITIES / INTERESTS
Marius is very passionate about community development, employment creation and skills training. In addition to this, Marius is one of the leaders of our Basic In Discipleship Ministry at Laaiplek Harbour.
